SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products.  We  truly hope that they bring you and your skin as much joy as it brought us to make them.  Your products will be shipped 5-7 days after purchase, due to their handmade nature.  Some of our products are made at the time of purchase.

We ship USPS priority shipping. We now offer international shipping via either USPS or UPS to Canada for a flat fee. Free domestic (continental US) shipping for order $99 and up. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Sometimes, products do not fit your needs. Unfortunately, due to their being for skincare, we do not accept returns. In addition there are no refunds; however, we are more than happy to make an exchange of equal value.  You must contact me within 10 days post-delivery date to request an exchange. I will exchange a dissatisfied item for one of equal or lesser value (you can only exchange one time per initial order). You may contact me by clicking here.
